Jane Wright

Jane Wright joined ESC in January 2023. As Development and Communications Coordinator, Jane is responsible for administering the annual grants and gifts calendar. In this position she is also responsible for supporting ESC’s external and internal communications as well as ensuring the smooth running and success of annual special events.

Jane is originally from San Antonio, TX and graduated from Occidental College in 2021 with a BA in Spanish and Public Health. With a passion for connecting with people and fortifying communities through partnerships to advance equity, she continues to pursue a career in the non-profit field with a focus in development and communications.

She began her career as an operations intern with the Cancer Legal Research Center, where she gained valuable insight into the inner workings of non-profit organizations. During her time there, Jane honed her administrative skills, including data tracking, project management, and communication management.

Later on, Jane joined Foothill Unity Center as a Marketing and Development Associate, where she assisted with fundraising, event planning, and donor relations. She is passionate about communications management and social media marketing and its role in promoting organizations’ missions and increasing donor engagement.

Jane’s experience in the non-profit sector has equipped her with a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of the unique challenges that non-profit organizations face.

In Jane’s free time she enjoys playing tennis, pickle ball, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
