Custom Consulting is available in a broad range of high-level management disciplines. Most frequently these are focused on financial management, human resources, operations, and program development and evaluation, but the skill-set in our 100+ member corps covers numerous other areas of expertise. Rapid Response Assessment & Action Plan (RRAAP)

RRAAP is designed to quickly provide impactful, near-terms solutions to serious issues. A cornerstone of this program is the customization of the service to meet an organization’s unique circumstances, with its key component being a highly focused consultant team that will assess a nonprofit’s needs and provide specific short-term recommendations with the opportunity for implementation assistance. Typical issues may include:

Finance – dealing with budget shortfalls and negative cash flow
Development – adapting to changing donor expectations and improving contribution results
Marketing and Public Relations – increasing community awareness of programs and services
Operations and Programs – managing increased service demands, program shifts, or space issues
Human Resources – planning and implementing reductions in force
Mergers – helping determine options, analyze opportunities, and prepare for negotiations
