 ESC Detroit Celebrates 25 Years

ESC AnniversaryHaving celebrated our own silver anniversary in 2006, we are especially pleased to recognize the   25th anniversary of our sister ESC network affiliate in Detroit.

ESC Southern California Executive Director Megan Cooper and Associate Director Jesus Romero traveled to Detroit in November 2007 to participate in the Executive Service Corps Affiliate Network annual conference hosted by the Detroit ESC (DESC). The conference was recently highlighted as part of DESC's 2007 Annual Report—a wonderful tribute to the organization’s rich history.

We salute the Board, consultants and staff on a quarter century of service to the Detroit community.

For Consultants Only:
Online Networking Opportunity

laptopESC Consultants' Advisory Council President Fred Samulon has created a Yahoo Group—or customized web page—for ESC consultants.

The Yahoo Group allows members to communicate by posting comments or sending emails to the group or to individuals. This online networking opportunity allows communication between ESC consultants on an “opt-in” basis. (Meaning only those who sign-up can participate.)

Members can upload contact information as well as a photo and bio to be viewed by all members. Each person enters his or her own information—as much or as little as they wish.

It has been set up as a private page, so it is not searchable or viewable by the public. The moderator must approve each person’s membership in the group.

If you would like to join, please email Fred Samulon at fsamulon@aol.com. He will register you in the group and will follow up with instructions via email.
