The Project
When Jonathan Zeichner began as the new Executive Director of A Place Called Home (APCH), one of his first calls was to ESC to request help in creating the organization’s first-ever comprehensive strategic plan. Three ESC consultants worked closely with a dedicated committee of Board and staff members to draft and implement a three-year plan. APCH has since made significant headway on its goals of restoration and growth, even in this tough economy. Their strategic plan has inspired confidence and increased support from funders who believe in the APCH mission, its new leadership, and its roadmap to sustainability – developed in partnership with its community and constituents.

The moment a young person crosses our threshold, they become a partner on a pathway to develop their inner strengths, abilities, and creativity.
